When we talk about the holiday season most us tend to think immediately of certain things. Turkey dinners, naturally and football games. And shopping on “Black Friday” to take advantage of once-in-a-lifetime sale prices. We think of presents for friends and loved ones, special events, first-run films, and holiday trips. We look forward to them with real anticipation, coupled with a little fear – partly over whether we are fully prepared and partly over whether we will get through all the action in one piece. Yet we rarely think about being in condition for the holiday season. How often have you thought of what you and your friends have planned for the holiday season?
